HAMPTON, NH — A Connecticut woman was arrested on Monday accused of reckless operation.

New Hampshire State Trooper First Class Jay Lapointe, a member of the special enforcement team, was monitoring traffic on Monday from the state police aircraft over 1-95 northbound.
