A probation violation hearing has been scheduled for a man charged with three new attempts at the crime that landed him behind bars in the first place.
Eric Carrier, 25, of Hooksett, is due in Rockingham Superior Court at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19, according to court staff.
Carrier was recently released on a suspended jail sentence after pleading guilty to trying to fulfill a sexual fetish by pretending to have a brain injury and attempting to trick a Hampton caregiver into changing his soiled diaper.
Soon after his release, Carrier attempted to trick three new caregivers into doing the same thing.
Carrier pretended on Aug. 15 to have a mental impairment when he went to the home of a New Boston child provider, whom he found through an advertisement on Craigslist, which is similar to the Hampton incident and incidents in Hooksett.
The Union Leader has also reported that police believe Carrier had similar intentions on July 28 when he allegedly called Personal Touch Home Care in Auburn and placed three calls that day to Always There Senior Care in Manchester.
Carrier could also face child pornography charges, as Hampton police have claimed they found "child erotica" on the man's laptop.
