Cases against two local men accused of abusing children will progress today, which also includes interstate closures and special sign-ups.

Good morning, Hampton and North Hampton. Here are five things you need to know for Monday, March 4:
1. Expect Delays on Interstate 95: Bridge work in Seabrook will lead to various evening closures along portions of I-95 between Monday and Thursday.

2. Two Big Child Predator Court Cases on the Docket: Jury selection for a Hampton's man trial in Rockingham Superior Court begins at 9 a.m., while a former Hampton-area coach is due for arraignment in Portsmouth District Court.
3. What Else Is Happening Today? Hampton and North Hampton's annual town meeting balloting periods are just over a week away. Voters from each town will decide whether to pass the budget and a variety of articles, in addition to electing candidates, on Tuesday, March 12.

Also, the sign-up period for two Hampton Parks and Recreation camps begin today, the Hampton Board of Selectmen will meet at 7 p.m. at Hampton Town Hall, and there's a North Hampton School renovation project information night at 7 p.m. at North Hampton Town Hall.
4. This Day in History: On this day in 1933, at the height of the Great Depression, Franklin Delano Roosevelt outlined his "New Deal" during his inauguration as the 32nd president of the United States.
In his famous "New Deal" address, delivered outside the east wing of the U.S. Capitol, Roosevelt outlined the plan — an expansion of the federal government as an instrument of employment opportunity and welfare — and told Americans that "the only thing we have to fear is fear itself."
Although it was a rainy day in Washington, and gusts of rain blew over Roosevelt as he spoke, he delivered a speech that radiated optimism and competence, and a broad majority of Americans united behind their new president and his radical economic proposals to lead the nation out of the Great Depression.
