Flatbread to Open Hampton Pizzeria at 4 p.m. Thursday
The new downtown restaurant is eagerly ready to fire its ovens and open its doors to the public for the first time.

It's official: Hungry pizza-lovers will get their first chance to check out the newest member of the sustainability-focused Flatbread Pizza Company family on Thursday.
Flatbread co-owner John Meehan confirmed with Hampton-North Hampton Patch Wednesday that the Hampton location, located at 61 High St., will "definitely" be open to public at 4 p.m. Thursday as planned.
The opening has been delayed numerous times for a various reasons, and Flatbread officials are ecstatic to be able to put those issues behind them.

"We're looking forward to opening," Meehan, has previously told Patch. "There’s a lot of enthusiasm. [Locals and employees] are all excited about us opening, and I couldn’t be more excited."
Meehan said the business will be open full hours starting Friday, when Flatbread will open at 11 a.m. for lunch.
