Fugitive Wanted in Fatal Crash Arrested by Sheriffs

Allison Hawkes Nasta, 30, was wanted on a N.J. negligent homicide charge for a crash that killed her husband and injured her two children.

The following individuals were recently arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff's Department. The information does not indicate a conviction.


Monday, Sept. 23

  • Steven Charles Bagley, 41, of 79 Bacheller St., Lynn, MA was arrested on a judge's order and charged with violating parole on a heroin possession charge and on a warrant for failure to pay legal fees.
Tuesday, Sept. 24
  • Alice A. White, 39, of 144 Pearl St., Apt. #3, Manchester was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear for arraignment on a theft charge.
  • Isabel Anne Santos, 22, of 205 Pine St., Apt. #2, Manchester was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear on a theft charge.
  • Allison Hawkes Nasta, 30, of 341 Varney St., Apt. #1, Manchester was arrested on a judge's order as a fugitive from justice from New Jersey on a negligent homicide charge. Charges were filed earlier this year in connection with a 2012 crash that killed her husband and injured her two young children.
  • Richard William Hamilton, 52, homeless was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear for arraignment on a heroin possession charge and three counts of theft.
  • Keith Kevorkian, 27, of 36 Old Auburn Road, Derry was arrested on a judge's order for violation of probation on a burglary charge.
Wednesday, Sept. 25
  • Mario Dieago Verissimo, 34, of 16 W. Falls Road, Pelham was arrested on a judge's order for heroin possession.
Thursday, Sept. 26
  • Norman Henry Carpentier II, 51, of 12 Campbell Drive, Hampton was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on two counts of criminal non-support.
