The eighth grade Hampton Attack girls' basketball team defeated Bedford in double overtime Sunday 51-48 to win the A Division championship in the Manchester Suburban Basketball League, according to parent Margaret Allen. Allen said this year was Hampton's first in the league. She said the team "battled their way to the title by beating teams from Hudson, Hooksett and Bedford, all seeded higher than them."
