Hampton Beach Bar Scheduled for Liquor Hearing
Another alleged violation has occurred at a local establishment, and the New Hampshire Liquor Commission will soon hold a hearing.

The New Hampshire Liquor Commission will hold a hearing at 1 p.m. on Oct. 17 to determine what action should be taken due to a violation at Wally's Pub.
Wally's was cited for failing to "have an affidavit for the person to be in charge of the premises on file" with the commission, which is a violation of RSA 179:23, IV. The citation is dated March 7 and 8, according to commission records.
The Ashworth Avenue business has already paid two different liquor commission fines this year. One was for an invoice violation for an incident in September 2012, while the other was for refilling bottles of alcohol in July.
