Hampton Man Charged with Aggravated DWI at Five Corners

MONDAY, MARCH 11

• 1:32 a.m.: Assault investigated at Rite Aid.
• 7:51 a.m.: Criminal mischief report investigated at Unitil (6 Liberty Lane).
• 4:50 p.m.: Hampton police helped another agency arrest Paul Fowler Jr., 45, of Hampton, on a warrant.
• 7:27 p.m.: Criminal mischief report investigated at Hampton Academy.

TUESDAY, MARCH 12

• 1:25 a.m.: James Godin, 23, of Woburn, Mass., was placed into protective custody after an incident at Wally's Pub.
• 4:09 a.m.: A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested for loitering, resisting arrested or detention, and unlawful possession of alcohol after a suspicious activity incident at the intersection of Exeter and Timber Swamp roads.
• 8:26 a.m.: Jennifer Marie Kohler, 31, of Exeter, was arrested on a bench warrant.
• 11:26 a.m.: Michael Merchant, 30, of Hampton, was charged with simple assault after a domestic incident on Osborne Terrace.
• 1:28 p.m.: Theft investigated at Mobil Alltown.
• 2:19 p.m.: Theft investigated at the Sea Spray Condominiums.
• 4:53 p.m.: James Savilonis, 35, of Hampton, and Eric S. Baczewski, 30, of Hampton, was both charged with loitering on Dumas Avenue.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 13

• 12:22 a.m.: James C. Dutra, 31, of Hampton, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated at the Five Corners intersection.
• 1:27 p.m.: A 16-year-old juvenile was placed into protective custody after a disorderly conduct incident at Winnacunnet High School.
• 3:28 p.m.: A hit-and-run accident was investigated at Lane Memorial Library.
• 7:22 p.m.: Hampton police helped another agency arrest Jonathan Leonard, 23, of Hampton, on a warrant.

THURSDAY, MARCH 14

• 2:08 p.m.: Allan Joseph Cunningham, 28, of Methuen, Mass., was arrested on a criminal mischief warrant.
• 4:49 p.m.: Police were involved in a child pornography investigation.
• 6:31 p.m.: Darcey Marie Hollenbeck, 36, of Hampton, was arrested on a warrant.
