Hampton Police Arrest Kingston Resident for Theft

A 22 year old was recently brought in on a Hampton theft warrant.

  • 2:11 p.m.: Police assisted the Hampton Fire Department at 15 Edgewood Drive.

  • 1:01 a.m.: Police assisted the Hampton Fire Department at 87 Dunvegan Woods Drive.
  • 1:29 a.m.: Suspicious activity investigated at Little Jack's Seafood Restaurant.
  • 2:50 a.m.: Police assisted the Hampton Fire Department at 22 Tuck Road.
  • 10:50 a.m.: Theft investigated at 9 Walnut Ave.
  • 10:54 p.m.: Suspicious activity investigated. Location listed as "Pat's Peak Ski Trip."
  • 3:06 p.m.: Theft investigated at the Old Salt. The Crimeline for the Hamptons recently posted a picture on Facebook of a man involved in multiple thefts.
  • 4:26 p.m.: John Martin Hitchings, 52, of Hampton, was charged with open container after a traffic stop near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and I Street.
