Home Depot Armed Robber Indicted for Stealing Baby Formula
A man who brandished a knife and threatened to stab a Home Depot employee also stole from a local grocery store.

A fugitive apprehended after robbing the North Hampton Home Depot at knifepoint last fall has been indicted for that crime as well as stealing baby formula from the Shaw's Supermarket in Stratham.
Steven K. Spolidoro, 36, formerly of Hampton, was indicted this month in Rockingham Superior Court on one count of Class A felony robbery and one count of Class B felony theft by authorized taking.
Spolidoro, who stole $100 to $120 worth of wire from Home Depot on Nov. 26 after threatening to stab an employee, allegedly hid an undisclosed amount of formula in his clothes at the Stratham grocery store on Jan. 22, according to indictment.
The Shaw's theft came roughly one month before U.S. Marshals arrested Spolidoro for the Home Depot robbery after the man spent a stint as the "Fugitive of the Week."
The theft by authorized taking indictment for the Shaw's incident claims that Spolidoro has also been convicted on at least two counts of Class A misdemeanor- or felony-level thefts.
