How Much Snow Will Hampton Really Get?
Accumulation forecasts vary widely as a coastal flooding alert has been issued for the area.

As Nemo makes its way to the Northeast, meteorologists from throughout the state are calling for a variety of snowfall totals in Hampton and North Hampton, although it's possible the snow won't even be the most damaging thing to hit the Seacoast on Friday.
The National Weather Service is still predicting only a few inches of snow — between 3 and 5 inches — for the area Friday due to the winter storm, which isn't anticipated to be a blizzard on the Seacoast when it hits the area.
A coastal flood watch has been issued, though, and a fair amount of flooding is possible in low-lying areas and around the local salt marshes due to astronomical high tides and the storm — particularly at high tide around 8:30 a.m. Friday, according to the National Weather Service.
