Man Arrested for Aggravated DWI After Hampton Accident

MONDAY, JUNE 3

• 5:02 p.m.: Mitchell O. Perry, 24, of Farmington, was arrested on a bench warrant after a traffic stop near 75 Lafayette Road.

TUESDAY, JUNE 4

• 2:03 a.m.: Cesar David Erazo, 18, of Lawrence, Mass., was charged with receiving stolen property after a traffic stop near 30 State Park Road. A 16 year old was charged with operating without a valid license, speeding and receiving stolen property after the traffic stop, and another 16 year old was placed into protective custody. 
• 2:24 p.m.: Cindy J. Sheppard, 47, of Hampton, was arrested on a warrant for two possession of a controlled or narcotic drug with intent to distribute charges.
• 6:29 p.m.: Michael Steel, 27, of Rochester, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension and arrested on a bench warrant following a traffic stop near 15 Island Path.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5

• 10:10 a.m.: Timothy R. Gagne, 45, of Hampton, was arrested on a sex offender warrant for failure to inform police of a change in information. Gagne was convicted on two counts of felonious sexual assault on March 29, 1989, for acts performed with a victim between the ages of 13 and 16, according to SorArchives.com.
• 11 a.m.: A 16 year old wanted by the police was placed into protective custody at Winnacunnet High School.
• 9:34 p.m.: A 16 year old was arrested on theft and runaway juvenile charges at 18 N St.

THURSDAY, JUNE 6

• 10:42 a.m.: Criminal threatening investigated at Marston School.
• 6:31 p.m.: Sara C. Corbett, 19, of Hampton, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension following a traffic stop near the intersection of Winnacunnet and Landing roads.
• 9:12 p.m.: Assault investigated at the site of Fiesta Shows Carnival at Hampton Beach State Park.
• 10:07 p.m.: Domenic Grugnale, 33, of Hampton, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident near 53 Falcone Circle.
• 11:42 p.m.: Assault investigated at the site of Fiesta Shows Carnival at Hampton Beach State Park.

SATURDAY, JUNE 8

• 9:20 a.m.: Motor vehicle theft investigated at 1 Ocean Blvd., Apt. 2.
• 10:02 p.m.: Kristy Fauvel, 35, of Hampton, was charged with simple assault following a domestic incident on L Street.
