Man Arrested on Drug, Assault Charges After Incident at Best Western

SUNDAY, JUNE 30

12:54 a.m.: Lenell Lopez, 29, of Lawrence, Mass., was charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor and driving after revocation or suspension following a traffic stop near the Galley Hatch.

1:32 a.m.: Ronald Howell, 30, of Nashua, was charged with open container near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and J Street.

1:42 a.m.: Grant Ohlson, 33, of Kensington, was charged with criminal trespass following a disorderly conduct report at Marguerite Motel.

1:48 a.m.: Matthew Taccone, 25, of Stamford, Conn., was placed into protective custody after a disorderly conduct incident at 17 I St.

1:52 a.m.: Michael Dunton, 43, of Old Orchard Beach, Maine, was charged with simple assault, obstructing the report of a crime or injury, and possession of drug paraphernalia at Best Western Inn.

5 a.m.: Kristy Fauvel, 36, of Hampton, was charged with disorderly conduct at 28 Wall St.

5:27 a.m.: Hit-and-run accident investigated at 2 Boars Head Terrace.

9:37 a.m.: Police investigated a possible an endangering the welfare of a child incident on L Street.

9:41 a.m.: Theft investigated at 28 Kings Highway.

11:26 a.m.: Criminal mischief investigated at 10 Lyons St.

2:15 p.m.: Hit-and-run accident investigated in the Plaice Cove parking lot.

3:06 p.m.: Police provided assistance for a disorderly conduct report at Wally’s Pub.

3:30 p.m.: Samantha Andrews, 25, of Manchester, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension following a traffic stop on Ocean Boulevard.

3:48 p.m.: Three Delmar, N.Y., residents were charged on Hampton Beach: Jeffrey Augustus Malone, 20, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol; Jeffrey W. Smith, 21, was charged with open container; and Dean Michael Darcy, 21, was charged with open container, disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled drug.

6:45 p.m.: Patricia Everett, 55, of an undisclosed New Hampshire town, was charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor and driving after revocation or suspension following an accident on the Neil Underwood Memorial Bridge.

8:29 p.m.: Animal cruelty investigated at the Green Briar Motel condos (359 Ocean Blvd.).

9:23 p.m.: Assault investigated near the Hampton Beach Seashell Complex.

MONDAY, JULY 1

2:13 p.m.: A 17 year old and a 14 year old were placed into protective custody near the Hampton Beach water tower.

1:02 p.m.: Jazmine A. Syriopoulos, 18, of Leominster, Mass., as well as three 17 year olds and one 15 year old were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol at the Ashworth By The Sea Hotel.

3:52 p.m.: Edwin F. Locke, 65, of Hampton, was charged with simple assault at the Sea Dip Motel.

6:04 p.m.: Harassment investigated at Seacoast Florist.

10:46 p.m.: Angela Hallinan, 32, of Epping, was charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor after a reckless operation stop near the intersection of Lafayette and Winnacunnet roads.

10:54 p.m.: Suspicious activity investigated at Harris Sea Ranch Motel.
