Man Charged with Armed Robbery After Multi-Agency Search

The attack at an an area apartment "was not random," and multiple suspects fled after stealing items early Saturday morning.

A Seabrook man was arrested early Saturday following a multi-agency search that started after the man allegedly used physical force to rob an individual at the Cimarron Apartments on Batchelder Road in Seabrook.

Brett Duggan, 28, was charged with armed robbery around 1:45 a.m. Saturday after police and K9 units found him behind 32 True Road in Seabrook, according to Seabrook Police Sgt. Brett Walker.

Police don't believe any weapons were used during the robbery, which allegedly involved multiple suspects who fled the scene before police arrived. Walker said the "incident was not random," but didn't disclose the relationship between the suspects and the victim.

The incident is still under investigation.

Duggan was held on $2,500 cash bail at the Rockingham County House of Corrections. Duggan is scheduled for arraignment Monday in Hampton District Court.

The Hampton, Hampton Falls, and Kensington police departments assisted in the investigation, as did the New Hampshire State Police K-9 Unit, according to Walker.
