Man Free on Bail Charged for Motel Vandalizing, Trespassing

The following entries are excerpts from arrest and call logs supplied by the Hampton Police Department. The information does not indicate a conviction.

THURSDAY, JULY 4    

3:55 p.m.: Theft investigated north of the Hampton Beach Seashell Stage.

4 p.m.: Disorderly conduct investigated at state lifeguard post 14.

4:39 p.m.: Warning issued after a disorderly conduct report at the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce Visitor Information Center (160 Ocean Blvd.).

4:57 p.m.: James Price, 19, of Brentwood, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension following an accident near the intersection of I Street and Ocean Boulevard.

6:02 p.m.: Theft investigated at Sharky's Beach Bite.

6:13 p.m.: Cathleen Torrance, 58, of Hampton, was placed in to protective custody after a disorderly conduct incident in the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce Visitor Information Center (160 Ocean Blvd.).

7:36 p.m.: William Cosme, 31, of Framingham, Mass., was charged with disorderly conduct after a domestic incident at the Lady By The Sea memorial.

8:20 p.m.: Zachary Gilbert, 18, of Rochester, was charged with three counts of drug paraphernalia at Winnacunnet High School. A 16 year old and a 15 year old were also both charged with possession of a controlled drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. A 17 year old was placed into protective custody.

8:25 p.m.: Zachary Hulett, 20, of Richmond, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident involving liquor law violations at Whale's Tale.

9:03 p.m.: Christian Avila, 20, of Lawrence, Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol in the municipal parking lot at 70 Ashworth Ave.

9:05 p.m.: Hit-and-run accident investigated at the Tides Motel.

9:22 p.m.: Connor E. Dunn, 19, of Amherst, Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled or narcotic drug near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and L Street.

10:56 p.m.: Patrick Jerome, 19, of Boston, Mass., was charged with obstructing government administration, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention, and Taurean Crawford, 21, of Belmont, Mass., was charged with open container, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 169 Ocean Blvd.

11:14 p.m.: Jason E. Strawn, 42, of Hampton, was charged with open container near 12 Highland Ave.

11:35 p.m.: Assault investigated near the intersection of Ashworth Avenue and G Street.

11:46 p.m.: A 17 year old was charged with disorderly conduct in the municipal parking lot at 70 Ashworth Ave.

FRIDAY, JULY 5

12:43 p.m.: Keinan J. McKenna, 20, of Woonsocket, R.I., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and Malcolm Frye, 19, of Pawtucket, R.I., was charged with false report to law enforcement on C Street.

1:12 p.m.: Patrick McLaughlin, 19, of Chelmsford, Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and Christopher Rodrigues, 19, of Chelmsford, Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and possession of a controlled drug near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and Q Street.

2:34 p.m.: Theft investigated at Seascape Inn.

11 a.m.: Debra Lavoie, 50, of Manchester, was charged with driving after revocation of suspension following a traffic stop near the intersection of Route 101 and Towle Farm Road.

3:12 p.m.: Criminal trespass investigated at Westport Motel.

3:22 p.m.: Sexual assault investigated.

5:39 p.m.: Derek Moaratty, 33, of Hampton, was charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief (vandalism) and default or breach of bail conditions in connection to the aforementioned incident at Westport Motel.

10:14 p.m.: Christopher J. Hardy, 20, of Exeter, was arrested on a warrant for reckless operation and vehicular assault.

11:24 p.m.: Disorderly conduct investigated at the Sands Hotel and Resort.
