Wojtowicz was among the seven individuals arrested in May 2012 after the Hampton Police Department and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency raided of one of Hampton Beach's "biggest drug houses." The of two Hampton Beach homes and one Seabrook home were the culmination of a yearlong undercover investigation, and Wojtowicz was one of two suspects charged with federal crimes.
The other federal suspect, James "Jayda" Ambrosi, 31, the alleged kingpin of the operation and an alleged member of the Latin Kings gang, is scheduled for sentencing on six felony counts in U.S. District Court on March 22.

Sentencing paperwork, signed by Judge Joseph A. DiClerico, Jr., shows that Wojtowicz is also subject to three years of supervision upon his release. The paperwork also shows that the court recommends the man participate in an "intensive drug education and treatment program" and be assigned to a correctional facility that has a residential drug abuse program "as close to New Hampshire as possible."
The Hampton Union has reported that DiClerico issued a 46-month prison sentence after Wojtowicz's attorney, Jaye Rancourt, requested a 40-month sentence and federal prosecutors sought a 51-month sentence.
