Mass. Man Arrested for DWI After Fleeing Beach Accident

MONDAY, AUG. 19

·      2:42 a.m.: William T. Everett, 44, of Lowell, Mass., was arrested on four bench warrants and was placed into protective custody following a disorderly conduct incident at 13 Ocean Blvd.

·      4:43 p.m.: Amanda April Gardner, 28, of Salisbury, Mass., was arrested on a bench warrant at a Stickney Terrace apartment.

·      6:27 p.m.: Theft investigated at 7 Bradford Ave.

TUESDAY, AUG. 20 

·      7:56 a.m.: Burglary investigated at Sharky’s Beach Bite.

·      7:18 p.m.: Theft investigated at Bernie’s Beach Bar.

·      8:30 p.m.: Scott R. Savoie, 21, of Exeter, was arrested on a warrant for theft.

·      11:40 p.m.: Herbert Muriel, 22, of Salem, was placed into protective custody near the intersection of Ashworth Avenue and G Street.

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 21 

·      9:25 a.m.: Alexander Victor Garamy, 18, of Webster, Mass., was charged with theft of services.

·      1:16 p.m.: Harassment investigated at Jen’s Ocean Manor and Realty.

·      3:59 p.m.: Ginger Pierro, 25, of Manchester, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension, possession of a controlled drug and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop near 20 H St.

·      4:44 p.m.: Hit-and-run accident investigated near the intersection of K Street and Ocean Boulevard.

·      5:25 p.m.: Theft investigated at 20 Barbour Road.

·      6:14 p.m.: Criminal threatening investigated at 20 Barbour Road.

·      7:31 p.m.: James Kelly, 29, of Tamworth, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension following a traffic stop near 200 Ocean Blvd.

·      10:16 p.m.: Motor vehicle theft investigated at 377 Ocean Blvd.

·      10:47 p.m.: Kevin Bryan, 19, of Tewksbury, Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled drug following a traffic stop near the intersection of 81 Ocean Blvd. and 2 K St.

·      11:04 p.m.: An 18 year old was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol near the intersection of Ocean Blvd. and F St.

THURSDAY, AUG, 22

·      1:21 a.m.: Nathaniel M. Gilman, 26, of Kingston, was charged with four counts of possession of a controlled drug at the Mobil Xtra Mart.

·      1:35 a.m.: Daniel Arnold Fascitelli, 29, of North Providence, R.I., was charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor and operating without a valid license near 379 Ocean Blvd.

·      8:26 a.m.: Forgery investigated at Coastal Convenience.

·      10:08 a.m.: Donald Clarke Currier, 71, of Hampton, was charged with failure to inform police of a sex offender change of address and a change in vehicle.

·      12:24 p.m.: Criminal threatening investigated at 548 Lafayette Road.

·      1:16 p.m.: Bryan Schofield, 21, of Hudson, was arrested on a warrant for theft.

·      2:04 p.m.: Criminal mischief investigated at 20 Barbour Road.

·      2:17 p.m.: Timothy J. Kong, 20, of Methuen, Mass., was arrested on warrants for unlawful possession of alcohol, possession of controlled drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

·      4:36 p.m.: Timothy R. Putnam, 31, of Hampton, was arrested for violating conditions of his bail near the intersection of High and Toby streets.

·      9:56 p.m.: Four juveniles were placed into protective custody following a traffic stop near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and Ashworth Avenue. Three 16 year olds and one 14 year old were taken into custody.

·      8:52 a.m.: Accident investigated near the intersection of 81 Woodland Road and 119 Little River Road.

·      10:08 a.m.: Accident investigated near the intersection of 359 Ocean Blvd. and 3 Church St.

·      11:34 a.m.:  Fraud investigated at the Moulton Hotel.

·      11:48 a.m.: Accident investigated at Royale Sands Condos.

·      3:59 p.m.: Theft investigated at 47 Edgewood Drive.

·      5:15 p.m.: Accident investigated near the intersection of 16 I St. and 101 Ocean Blvd.

·      6:08 p.m.: A driving under the influence report was investigated near the intersection of 65 Church St. and 4 Brown Ave.

·      7:20 p.m.: Burglary investigated at 597 Lafayette Road.

·      8:22 p.m.: Disorderly conduct investigated near the intersection of Barbour and Mill roads.

·      12:01 a.m.: Burglary investigated at 20 Barbour Road.

·      12:28 a.m.: Kyle T. Vanidestine, 24, of Bangor, Maine, was charged with simple assault at 9 Ocean Blvd.

·      12:41 a.m.:  Molly Katherine Maloney, 24, of Hampton, was placed into protective custody.

·      1:59 p.m.: Michael Januario, 30, of Lynn, Mass., was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, conduct after an accident and following too closely after an accident near 1 Ocean Blvd.

·      6:46 p.m.: Disorderly conduct investigated at 11 M St.

·      7:10 p.m.: Richard J. Rowland III, 44, of South Portland, Maine, was arrested on a bench warrant for possession of a controlled drug following a liquor law violation at the Casino Ballroom. Jennifer Fontaine, 40, of Gray, Maine, was charged with open container during the same incident.

·      11:07 p.m.: William D. Pavlica, 18, and Dominic A. Velazquez, 18, both of Springfield, Mass., were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol near 200 Ocean Blvd. A 16 year old was also charged with possession of a controlled drug and unlawful possession of alcohol, and another 16 year old was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.

·      11:20 p.m.: Sexual assault investigated on Fairfield Drive.

SUNDAY, AUG. 25

·      1:43 a.m.: Suspicious activity investigated at 1 Ocean Blvd.

·      10:58 a.m.: Endangering the welfare of a child incident investigated on M Street.

·      11:16 a.m.: Theft investigated at 46 Highland Ave.

·      2:35 p.m.: Accident investigated near the intersection of High Street and Ocean Boulevard.

·      5:13 p.m.: Ioannis Diakolambrianos, 20, of Greenfield Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.

·      5:46 p.m.: Tommy Touch, 26, of Lowell, Mass., was charged with driving after revocation or suspension, motorcycle license required and passing on the right when permitted after a traffic stop near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and H Street.

·      8:15 p.m.: A 17 year old was charged with criminal threatening and criminal mischief after a domestic incident in Hemlock Haven.

·      10:39 p.m.: Suspicious activity investigated at the Hampton Beach Seashell Complex.
