Woman Indicted for DWI that Injured Pedestrian
Michelle Rodrigues, 22, allegedly struck and severely injured a woman on Hampton Beach.

A Massachusetts woman faces multiple felony indictments for allegedly causing an August 2012 car versus pedestrian crash on Hampton Beach that sent a woman to the hospital with a pelvic fracture.
Michelle Rodrigues, 22, of 10 1st St. in Ipswich, Mass., has been indicted by a Rockingham Superior Court grand jury on two counts of Class B felony-level aggravated driving while intoxicated with serious bodily injury, as well as one felony count of one-way roadway violation.
Indictment paperwork claims Rodrigues had a blood alcohol level of .08 or more when she allegedly struck a pedestrian while driving near 101 Ocean Blvd. in Hampton at about 1:35 a.m. on Aug. 19, 2012.

Rodrigues was charged with aggravated DWI following the crash.
The indictments state that the accident "resulted in serious bodily injury" to the pedestrian, Katheryn Marcou. Marcou allegedly suffered a pubic rami fracture, according to the paperwork.
