New Traffic Pattern, Roadwork Coming to Route 107

The changes and work will commence next week as state crews work on rehabbing and widening a bridge.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces the planned placement of temporary traffic signals on NH Route 107 and the I-95 southbound off-ramp, and a change in traffic pattern from on NH 107 from US Route 1 to Batchelder Road in Seabrook, New Hampshire.  

This night work will take place between 7:00 pm on Thursday June 27, 2013 and 6:00 am on Friday, June 28, 2013. 

This traffic pattern will be in effect during the next construction phase of the project that is rehabilitating and widening the NH 107 bridge over I-95.  The temporary traffic signals at the I-95 Exit 1 southbound off ramp will eventually become permanent once all work is completed along Route 107 between US 1 and Batchelder Road.  The estimated completion date of the project is June 2014.

Crews will also be on Interstate 95 Wednesday night (June 26,2013) and Thursday morning between the hours of 8:00 pm and 5:00 am to work on the Route 107 overpass. Lane closures will be in effect throughout the evening at various times and intervals.

 Motorists are reminded to obey be alert and drive safely through this construction work zone.

R.S. Audley, Inc. of Bow, New Hampshire is the general contractor for the $6.4 million project.
