Nine Arrested After Police Bust Underage/Teen Drinking Party

SATURDAY, JUNE 15

• 2:07 p.m.: Joseph Gandolfo, 19, of Grafton, Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and possession of a controlled drug, and Jesse Tyler Sarver, 19, of Grafton, Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol at Grand View Motel.
• 3:57 p.m.: Driving under the influence report investigated near 186 Kings Highway.
• 4:31 p.m.: Suspicious activity investigated on Hampton Beach near Anchor Street.
• 5:49 p.m.: Disorderly conduct investigated at the Sea Spray Condominiums.
• 7:46 p.m.: Two teens and a 20-year-old man were arrested in the Chat, Chew and Play Parking Lot at 28 Ashworth Ave: Brooke Edmond, 18, of Marlborough, Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol; Brendon Flanders, 19, of Northborough, Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol; and Sean Preston, 20, of Northborough, Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and possession of a controlled drug.
• 7:56 p.m.: Police monitored Hampton Beach after a cruelty to animals report.
• 11:51 p.m.: Paul Bairos, 36, of Peabody, Mass., was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop near Ashworth and Tuttle avenues.

SUNDAY, JUNE 16

• 12:21 a.m.: Richard Craske, 41, of Derry, was charged with simple assault after a domestic incident near the 60 Church St. water tower.
• 12:51—1:59 a.m.: Police interceded in multiple disorderly conduct reports along at Hampton Beach at Sands Hotel and Resort, Millie's Tavern, 89 Ashworth Ave., and Marguerite Motel.
• 2:26 a.m.: Criminal trespassing investigated at Captain's Cove Adventure Golf.
• 8:23 a.m.: Hit-and-run accident investigated at the Neil Underwood Memorial Bridge.
• 2:03 p.m.: Hit-and-run accident investigated at Hampton Beach State Park.
• 4:38 p.m.: Warning issued for disorderly conduct at Hannaford.
• 9:09 p.m.: Richard Hughes, 26, of Boston, Mass., was charged with willful concealment after a theft at Hannaford.
• 11:02 p.m.: Marcia Berry, 38, of Hampton, was charged with simple assault after a domestic incident on Janet Lane.
• 11:42 p.m.: Charles William Eastman III, 50, of Stratham, was charged with domestic violence act after a traffic stop near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and State Park Road.

MONDAY, JUNE 17

• 2:21 a.m.: Police busted an underage drinking party at 16 M St., Apt. A. Breanna C. Lioto, 21, of Syracuse, N.Y., was charged with one count each of facilitating a drug or underage alcohol house party and resisting arrest of detention. The following individuals were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol: Stuart Douglas Ferguson, 19, of Keene; Marionrose Pagios, 19, of West Springfield, Mass.; Daniel Richards, 20, of Surry; Max Bosworth, 20, of Keene; Chase Bosworth, 20, of Keene; Oakley Belle Isle Singer, 19, of Keene; Emily A. McNulty, 20, of West Springfield; and Makenzie O’Meara, 20, of Keene.
• 10:52 a.m.: Disorderly conduct investigated at Winnacunnet High School.
• 2:33 p.m.: An 18 year old was charged with possession of a controlled drug after a traffic stop on the Towle Farm overpass on Route 101.
• 3:19 p.m.: Forgery investigated at Service Credit Union.
• 4:37 p.m.: Theft investigated at Funarama.
• 10:31 p.m.: Theft investigated at Ashworth Hotel.
• 11:24 p.m.: Duane L’Italien, 49, of Hampton, was placed into protective custody at the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and 15th Street following a suspicious activity report.
