• Hampton development: Casino isn't only major project coming in 2026 (fosters.com) — Major changes are coming to Hampton, from hundreds of new apartments on Liberty Lane and luxury condos at the former Ron’s Landing site to a rebuilt Cinnamon Rainbows property and a completed Seacoast Greenway rail trail segment. Residents will also see a revamped I‑95 service area, expansion at The Brook casino, and CR’s transforming into Buckley’s Burgers and Steaks.
   

• Hampton taxpayers sue town over property revaluation they call unfair (wmur.com) — Hampton homeowners are challenging the town’s 2024 property revaluation in court, arguing steep assessment increases—especially on beach properties—are unfair and unconstitutional and could price residents out. About 300 people packed a Thursday hearing on the town’s motion to dismiss, while officials say taxpayers should use existing state appeal procedures and a judge now weighs the next step.
