Police Bust Teen Alcohol Party at Beach Hotel

Three minors from Mass. and three others were arrested after a disorderly conduct report at a Hampton Beach hotel.

The following entries are excerpts from arrest and call logs supplied by the Hampton Police Department. The information does not indicate a conviction.

 

THURSDAY, FEB. 14

  • 1:28 p.m.: Cory A. Davis, 34, of Hampton, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension and arrested on a warrant following a traffic stop near the Neil Underwood Memorial Bridge.
  • 8:06 p.m.: Jacob C. Moore, 22, of Hampton, was arrested on a bench warrant.

FRIDAY, FEB. 15

  • 12:17 p.m.: David A. Hoagland, 45, of Jaffrey, was arrested on a bench warrant after a traffic stop near the Tennis Barn (95 Drakeside Road).

SATURDAY, FEB. 16

  • 2:08 a.m.: Edward D. Potter, 19, of Hampton, was charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor and transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor following an accident at 243 Winnacunnet Road.
  • 6:12 p.m.: Duane L'Italien, 49, of Hampton, was arrested for violation of a protective order.
  • 8:09 p.m.: Hayden M. Fitzsimmons, 22, of Hampton, was charged with simple assault following a domestic incident on I Street.

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 20

  • 9:49 a.m.: Assault investigated at Hampton Academy.
  • 4:55 p.m.: Corey Ferland, 20, of Hampton, was arrested on several child pornography-related offenses at 10 Cogger St.

THURSDAY, FEB. 21

  • 5:03 p.m.: Nancy Garrett, 51, was arrested for false public alarm.

FRIDAY, FEB. 22

  • 8:54 a.m.: Brent William Pizon, 35, of Hampton, was arrested at 20 Barbour Road for default or beach of bail conditions and charged with false report to law enforcement. Pizon was also earlier in the month for allegedly attempting to run down a woman with his car.

SATURDAY, FEB. 23

  • 12:08 a.m.: Three Lowell, Mass., minors — Theofanis S. Booras, 20; Sean W. Aheard, 19; and Michael W. Correa, 19 — and three 17-year-old juveniles were all charged with unlawful possession of alcohol following a disorderly conduct incident at the Ship's Inn.

SUNDAY, FEB. 24

  • 1:45 a.m.: Alex Hunter Seaton, 21, of North Hampton, was charged with possession of a controlled or narcotic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Colin Ross, 22, of Hampton, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension following a traffic stop at the intersection of Mill Road and White's Lane.
  • 9:38 a.m.: Arthur C. Oertel III, 54, of Rye, was charged with suspended with suspended registration (operating-misdemeanor) and driving after revocation or suspension following a traffic stop near the Tidewater Campground (160 Lafayette Road).
