Public Input Wanted for Hampton Business District
There's a special forum tonight about a plan that could drastically alter a big part of the Seacoast.

Experience Hampton and the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce are looking for residents to provide input Tuesday night on the future of the Hampton Village Business District.
The entities are working with the town of Hampton on an economic revitalization vision plan for the business corridor, and a "candid" discussion with free hors d'ouevres and a cash bar is scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Pelican Room at the Galley Hatch, according to a release about the public forum.
John Nyhan, of Experience Hampton, said public input and discussion about the vision is required for the grant-funded project, and his group and the chamber strongly encourages residents to get involved in order to "shape the outcome" and provide insight about a key portion of the community.

A release about the forum states the meeting will be facilitated by Mettee Planning Consultants, the firm hired by the town of Hampton "to establish some initial strategies focused on the downtown area."
The release also states that "business owners, developers, commercial realtors, brokers and investors are strongly encouraged to attend," and anyone interested in attending should RSVP to info@ExperienceHamptonNH.org.
A breakdown of the project's scope can be found attached to this article as a PDF.
