Hampton Beach was quiet Thursday afternoon thanks to hazy, overcast skies that kept most tourists away.
The sound of saws and other construction equipment could be heard around K Street, though, as crews worked to put some of the finishing touches on the new Sea Spray Condominiums.
Some units have been finished, including the ground-level retail space for Village Silversmith, which was having its grand opening.
