Two Arrested After Incident at North Beach Bar and Grill

TUESDAY, JULY 2

12:54 a.m.: Alexander Victor Garamy, 18, of Webster, Mass., was charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor near 321 Ocean Blvd. Danielle Ann Hare, 17, of Spencer, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled or narcotic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

6:43 a.m.: Police were involved in a child pornography investigation involving an address on Main Street in Lincoln.

9:27 a.m.: Hit-and-run accident investigated at Lane Memorial Library.

3:49 p.m.: Accident investigated at Five Corners.

6:01 p.m.: Hit-and-run accident investigated at the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and J Street.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 3

7:55 a.m.: Theft reported at 81 Carolan Ave.

10:06 a.m.: Theft investigated at 79 Carolan Ave.

10:47 a.m.: Criminal mischief investigated at Tides Motel.

5:06 p.m.: Accident investigated at the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and 15th Street.

6:46 p.m.: Adam Martin, 39, of Epsom, was charged with resisting arrest or detention and resisting arrest, and Erica Bentley, 24, of Hampton, was charged with possession of a controlled drug and placed in protective custody following a domestic incident at North Beach Bar and Grill.

8:11 p.m.: Criminal mischief investigated at 2 Overlook St.

THURSDAY, JULY 4

12:10 p.m.: Assault investigated at 14 N St.

12:31 p.m.: Four Wakefield, Mass., teens were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol at the Hampton Beach playground. The individuals arrested were: Derek Hunter, 18; Richard P. Savage, 18; Andrew Coleman, 18; and Julian Suarez, 19.

12:57 a.m.: Warning issued after a disorderly conduct report at Bernie's Beach Bar.

1:34 a.m.: Disorderly conduct investigated at Grand View Motel.

1:51 a.m.: Disorderly conduct investigated at 15 M St.

1:59 a.m.: Suspicious activity investigated at 4 M St.

10:14 a.m.: Accident investigated at the Tide Mill Bridge.

10:34 a.m.: Theft investigated at 20 Noreast Lane.

11:37 a.m.: Accident investigated on the intersection of Route 1-Route 101 interchange.

1:54 p.m.: Jesus Yadeil Cotto Rodriguez, 18, of Worcester, Mass., and a 16 year old were each charged with unlawful possession of alcohol in the state parking lot on A Street. 

2:02 p.m.: Domestic incident investigated near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and D Street.

2:16 p.m.: Endangering the welfare of a child incident investigated near 180 Ocean Blvd.

2:19 p.m.: Theft investigated at Rexall Drug.

2:34 p.m.: Hit-and-run investigated at 285 Ocean Blvd.

2:46 p.m.: Theft investigated on Hampton Beach in the area of 296 Ocean Blvd.

2:52 p.m.: Police separated parties involved in a disorderly conduct incident in the state parking area along Ocean Boulevard.

3:29 p.m.: A 15 year old was charged with theft by deception and a 14 year old was charged with theft at Royal Properties (87 Brown Ave.).
