Wendy Wright's Bail Set at $250K Cash After Arrest

A Seabrook mother accused of forcing two of her children to drink bleach was taken into custody Tuesday more than two weeks after warrants were issued for her arrest.

Wendy Wright, 33, of 15 True Road in Seabrook, had been wanted on two counts of attempted first degree assault since June 28. She hadn't been in custody, though, because she had been hospitalized in Massachusetts since she allegedly committed the acts on June 18.

The Seabrook Police Department issued a release Tuesday stating that Wright waived extradition and "freely volunteered to return" to the Granite State to face her charges.

Wright will be arraigned in Hampton District Court at 10 a.m. Wednesday, according to police. Bail has been set at $250,000 cash.

WMUR has reported that Wright's children have been released from the hospital and are in state custody.
