8 Busted for Boozing or Drugs on New Year's Eve/Day
NH State Police Troop B reported 24 accidents and 17 arrests during the holiday week. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Sunday, Dec. 29
9:25 p.m. - John Riley, 55, of Salem, arrested in Manchester and charged with driving while intoxicated.
Monday, Dec. 30
2 p.m. - Luis Carpio, 24, of Manchester, arrested in Manchester and charged with conduct after an accident.
4:05 p.m. - Walker Wells, 34, of Manchester, arrested in Merrimack and charged with possession of drugs.
11:50 p.m. - Audrey McQuarrie, 43, of Epsom, arrested on an electronic bench warrant in Manchester.

9:44 a.m. - Andreas Passanah, 19, of Bethlehem, arrested in Manchester and charged with possession of drugs.
11:45 p.m. - Shawn Willette, 21, of Methuen, MA, arrested in Salem and charged with possession of drugs.

12:26 a.m. - Scott Plourde, 28, of Goffstown, arrested in Manchester and charged with driving while intoxicated.
1 a.m. - Justin Wilson, 32, of Sandown, arrested in Manchester and charged with driving while intoxicated.
1:51 a.m. - Steven Keller, 58, of Raymond, arrested in Manchester and charged with driving while intoxicated.
2:30 a.m. - Jonathan Gregg, 24, of Auburn, arrested in Bedford and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
9 a.m. - Christopher Trask, 24, of Manchester, arrested in Merrimack and charged with driving while intoxicated.
9:20 p.m. - Matthew Despathy, 32, of Manchester, arrested in Manchester and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
9:20 p.m. - Decourcey Belle, 24, of Manchester, arrested in Manchester on an electronic bench warrant.

3:31 p.m. - Luke Barker, 21, of Burlington, VT., arrested in Salem and charged with transportation of alcohol by a minor.
