Assault, DUI Arrests: Londonderry Police Log, May 3-May 5

Assaults, DUIs, and traffic accidents were among items reported in the Londonderry police log for May 3 to May 5.

LONDONDERRY, NH — The following items have been selected from the Londonderry police log for the time period of May 3 to May 5. Arrests do not indicate guilt. The names of any minors have been omitted.

Friday, May 3 — Police investigate a vehicle accident on Nashua Road near Exit 4, involving a gray Nissan Rogue and a red Nissan Rogue. Juvenile offenses are investigated at a school. A vehicle accident is reported on Mammoth Road.

Saturday, May 4 — Michael Stephen Dalton, 28, of Lowell, Massachusetts, is charged with driving under the influence and having an open container of alcohol.

Sunday, May 5 — Mitchell Nash, 22, of Londonderry, is charged with driving under the influence. A gray Honda Pilot is towed after being involved in an accident on Nashua Road. Police render services after a sudden death is reported. Dominic J. Marchese, 22, of Londonderry, is charged with reckless operation, second-degree assault, conduct after an accident, resisting arrest, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. A structure fire is reported on Wildlife Way.
