Enwright allegedly walked into the Citizen's Bank on Nashua Road just after 4 p.m. on Dec. 4 and passed one of the tellers a note telling her to be calm and give him the money.
He reportedly walked out with $1,428 in cash. Enwright then evaded police for nearly three hours, until they received a call from someone at Cafe Teresa, located about a half mile away at 103 Nashua Road, saying that a "suspicious subject" was inside, claiming he had hit a deer in Hudson and needed a ride.
The caller said the man appeared intoxicated and was carrying "wads of cash," according to the Londonderry police log. The caller later called back, saying the man was "becoming more agitated."
That agitation continued after Enwright was apprehended when he allegedly took an aggresive stance toward one of the officers at the Londonderry Police Department.
He reportedly spat on one officer and threatened to kill two others later in the night at Parkland Medical Center in Derry.
A report last week on Londonderry Patch detailed Enwright's extensive arrest record, which dates back to 1992.
