A transportation seminar this Thursday will feature appearances from a few political leaders in the state, including Department of Transportation Commissioner Christopher Clement. Also headlining the public event will be state Sen. Jim Rausch (R-Derry) and Mark Brewer, airport director for Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. The seminar will be co-sponsored by the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce. It will take place from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Brookstone Event Center at 16 Route 111 in Derry. Those who wish to attend can RSVP to the Londonderry/Derry Chamber at 603-893-3177 or the Salem Chamber at 603-432-8205. Tickets are $10 for members and $15 for non-members. A continental breakfast will also be served.
