Child Passenger Safety Program Seat Check this Saturday

2. ELDER AFFAIRS COMMITTEE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM: The Town of Londonderry Elder Affairs Committee, as part of its family education series, is hosting a workshop at the Leach Library on September 25 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. This workshop will introduce the Veteran Community Partnership and provide an overview of the programs and services available through the VA for Veterans and their families. The workshop will be conducted by Veteran Community Partnership Community Co-Chair Bonnie Roberts and a representative of the Veterans Benefits Administration.
3. LONDONDERRY CHILD PASSENGER SAFETY PROGRAM'S SEAT CHECK: On Sept. 21, the Londonderry Police will host a child passenger safety program seat check at Matthew Thornton School. From 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., parents can come have their child's car seat checked for proper installation. Giveaways and information on the Booster Seat Law taking effect on Jan. 1 will be available.
