Child Sexual Assaulter Indicted On South Hampton Sex Offender Registration Charges: Rockingham County Court
Plus: Portsmouth felon indicted on gun charge; thieves indicted on theft charges; Hampton man indicted on ID fraud, forgery charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.
Jeffrey Arnold Ryals, 35, of Uncommon Drive in Dover, on a felony felon in possession charge. He was accused of possessing a firearm on Aug. 17 in Portsmouth after previously being convicted of a felony.
Cesar A. Abad Jr., 49, of Woodland Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on two felony accomplice theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of driving the getaway car from a theft of more than $1,500 worth of merchandise at Home Depot in Salem on June 20. Twice before, according to the indictment, Abad has been convicted on theft charges.

Timothy Lester Adjutant, 33, of Mechanic Street in Farmington, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Burlington Coat Factory on Aug. 20 in Portsmouth. Twice before, according to the indictment, Adjutant has been convicted on theft charges.
Todd C. Elliott, 32, of Church Street in Dover, on possession of fentanyl, possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and cocaine mix charges, all felonies, as well as disobeying an officer and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges. He was accused of possessing the drugs, driving on Calef Highway in Epping on March 13, and giving police a fake name.

Amanda Lee Frattallone, 47, of Lancelot Avenue in Manchester, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retaining a GMC van, owned by U-Haul and probably stolen, on June 21 in Derry.
Kenneth Donald Frechette, 42, of Chase Avenue in Lowell, MA, on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 95 in North Hampton after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

James D. Fuller, 61, of Groveland Street in Haverhill, MA, on two felony counts of sex offender registry, failure to comply. He was accused of failing to register with South Hampton police on Jan. 24 and April 25. Fuller is a sex offender due to sexual assault and felonious sexual assault-victim under 16 convictions from October 2012 in Newburyport District Court in Massachusetts, according to state police.
Richard Stephen McPherson, 51, of Borough Road in Pembroke, on possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of meth charges in Derry on Oct. 20, 2024.
Ryan Medina, 31, of Ahern Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of fentanyl committed while on release charge in Londonderry on April 25. He was out on bail from Candia District Court at the time of the arrest.
Mark F. Nascimento, 65, of Ocean Boulevard in Hampton, on a felony identity fraud and forgery charges. He was accused of signing online documents for a margin loan and using the digital signature of another on Sept. 9, 2024, in Hampton.
James Melvin Nicholson, 33, of Pearl Street in Middleboro, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing vacuum cleaners from Target in Salem on Aug. 28, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, Nicholson was convicted on theft charges.
Kori Joseph Olsen, 58, of Edith Street in Everett, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Marshalls in Salem on April 10. Previously, according to the indictment, Olsen was convicted on theft charges.
