Concord Man Sexually Assaulted Child In Derry: Grand Jury

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Concord man has been indicted on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault against a child under the age of 13 years old. David Curry, 62, is charged with committing the assaults in Derry, between January 2010 and March 2015. At the time, the child was between the ages of 7 and 12 years old, according to the indictments.

The Rockingham County Superior Court grand jury issued the indictments earlier this month. Both charges against Curry are special felonies.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt; rather, it means a jury has found sufficient evidence to warrant a trial.
