Derry Man, 29, Charged with Criminal Trespass

AUGUST 17, 2013
7:05 a.m. Jeremy David Malek, 29, of 19 Fairway Drive Apt. 15 in Derry, N.H. is arrested on Fairway Drive in Derry and charged with criminal trespass.
Malek was processed and released on $2,000 personal recognizance and given a court date of Sept. 9, 2013 at 8:15 a.m. at Derry District Court.
8:53 a.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported on Winding Pond Road involving a Kia Optima and Ford F150.
11:46 a.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported on Nashua Road involving a Mazda 4-door and a Toyota 4-door.
7:30 p.m. Drug offenses are reported on Lawson Farm Road.

12:55 a.m. Weapons offenses are reported on Young Road, could not be located.
