Derry Man Arrested as Habitual Offender After Vehicle Stop

SEPTEMBER 19, 2013
7:31 a.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported on Interstate 93 southbound off ramp at Exit 5.
12:08 p.m. Motor vehicle accident involving three vehicles on Rockingham Road.
9:02 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported on Airport Road and Highlander Way.
SEPTEMBER 20, 2013
4:20 p.m. Alan J. Bartlett, 44, of 242 E. High ST. Apt. 2A in Manchester, N.H. is charged with theft; all other. Bail was set at $1,500 personal recognizance plus the $40 bail commissioner's fee. Arraignment date in Derry District Court set for Oct. 7, 2013 at 8:15 a.m.
8:56 p.m. Gregory Servaes, 17, of 20 Meetinghouse Drive in Londonderry, N.H. is arrested on Karen Lane and charged with possession of drugs (in a motor vehicle) Bail was set at $1,000 personal recognizance plus the $40 bail commissioner's fee. Arraignment date in Derry District Court set for Oct. 7, 2013 at 8:15 a.m.
10:35 p.m. Brian Parkhurst, 34, of 612 Huse Road Apt. A16 in Manchester, N.H. is arrested on a warrant.
SEPTEMBER 20, 2013
1:44 a.m. Ryan E. Walsh, 22, of 16 Colonybrook Lane in Derry, N.H. is arrested and charged as a habitual offender. Bail was set at $5,000 cash, which Walsh was unable to post. He was subsequently transported to Rockingham County Jail to await arraignment in Derry District Court on Sept. 23, 2013.
