The Eagle Tribune has reported that Derry Town Administrator John Anderson expects to be arrested next week on two counts of indecent exposure and lewdness.
A warrant for Anderson's arrest was issued Aug. 15. According to Rockingham County Attorney James Reams, his office and state police decided it was more prudent to have Anderson surrender rather than pursue extradition, which could take months and cost taxpayers thousands.
