Derry Woman Arrested for Failing to Appear on Forgery, Theft Charges

The following individuals were recently arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff's Department. The information does not indicate a conviction.

• NATHAN ALLEN HOLMES, 29, of 10B Prescott Road in Raymond, was charged with habitual offender.
  
• WILLIAM JOSEPH BATES, 24, of 13 Margaret Ave. in Raymond, was arrested for failing to appear in court on a possession of heroin charge.
  
• FRANCIS ARTHUR SARSON JR., 50, of 7 Benning St. in Salem, was arrested for violating probation on theft and possession of morphine charges.
  
• ALISSA LEIGH DURGIN, 30, of 5 Patricia Ave. in Raymond, was arrested for failing appear in court on abuse of a facility patient and possession of fentanyl charges.
  
• ALLEN PATRICK MOONEYHAN JR., 21, of 52A Route 125 in Kingston, was arrested for violating probation on a burglary charge.
  
• SEAN MICHAEL VOGLER, 34, of 73 Alison Drive in Seabrook, was arrested for marital non-support.
  
• MARC HENRY LYNCH, 35, of 3 Brick Road, Apt. 3A, in Dover, was arrested for violating probation on a possession of oxycodone charge.
  
• KRYSTAL TRACEY DUVAL, 21, of 16 Frost Road in Derry, was arrested for failing to appear in court on a possession of oxycodone charge.
  
• NATASHA LEE DUBE, 27, of 41 South Ave., 2nd Floor, in Derry, was arrested for failing to appear for a plea hearing on a theft charge and for failing to appear in court on the following charges: six counts of forgery, one count of theft, and one count of theft by deception. Dube was also charged with another count of forgery.
  
• JOSEPH HENRY MASTROMARINO, 58, of 46 Mace Road in Hampton, was arrested for violating a civil court order.
  
• SHAWN ADAM SOUCIE, 34, of 44 New Zealand Road, Apt. 70, in Seabrook, was arrested for unpaid legal fees.
  
• JESSICA HUNT, 30, of 20 Schurman Drive in Derry, was arrested on an electronic bench warrant.
  
• SHANNON MARIE REED, 24, of 1 Saphire Ave. in Hampton, was arrested on an electronic bench warrant.
  
• DAVID ALEXANDRE BRAGA, 26, of 85 S. Main Street in Seabrook, was arrested for failing to appear in court on a possession of cocaine charge.
