Is Shaw's Closing in Londonderry?
Here are six things you should know on this beautiful Londonderry Tuesday!

2. Now, this is what we're talking about! This week's beautiful weather continues today with temperatures in the low 80s and a 0-percent chance of rain. Get out and enjoy the day! For this week's full five-day forecast, click here.
3. Catch an outdoor summer flick with the family! Charmingfare Farm is hosting Outdoor Movie Nights on six Wednesday evenings during the months of July and August. This is not just a movie, several rides and attractions are also included in the cost of your ticket. Your $17.00 ticket gets you access to our Zoo, the Petting Area, our Horse-Drawn Wagon Ride, our Pony Rides, our Tractor Train Ride, and hang out with our costumed characters. Grilled hotdogs, popcorn, candy and beverages will be made available for purchase. We encourage you to bring chairs and blankets to sit on during the movie. The movie for this Wednesday, July 31 is be Nanny McPhee. Looking for more fun summer ideas? Check out our Patch event calendar by clicking here.
We again welcome recording artists Ken Yates and Brian Dunne. They both performed for Concerts On The Common last year, and we wanted to get them back for an encore! Brian Dunne was part of Boston’s music scene for many years before moving to New York City. His pop/rock style is widely influenced by Sam Cooke, Tom Waits and Bruce Springsteen. A simplicity and devotion to his music making craft is what makes Brian’s music so authentic and addicting.
“Ken Yates’ music is solid as stone and clear as mountain air… he proves the future is in very good shape” – Livingston Taylor

Ken went to Berklee School of Music, and, writes songs that are…well, as John Mayer puts it, “Want to hear a great song? (I mean a REALLY great song?)”. Ken just came out with a new CD, and it is spectacular. Ken’s performance is not to be missed.
5. On the agenda. The lone Londonderry municipal or school district meeting on this week's schedule is a Town Council meeting this Thursday at 7 p.m. Among items to be discussed, acting Londonderry Town Manager Bill Hart will provide an update on the town manager search and the council will also discuss a Tax Increment Finance (TIF) district.
