Londonderry DWI Patrol: Fatal Crash, 2 DWI Arrests
NH State Police responded to a fatal crash and arrested seven individuals during a DWI patrol along I-93.

LONDONDERRY, NH — New Hampshire police agencies responded to a fatal crash and arrested two drivers on suspicion of driving while intoxicated during a DWI patrol in Londonderry and surrounding communities Friday. The patrol, involving New Hampshire State Police and local police from Londonderry, Salem, Windham and Derry, was held along Interstate 93. Officers stopped 125 vehicles and arrested seven individuals for various alleged crimes.

- Dana Kerrins, 22, of Lynn, Massachusetts, was charged with DWI.
- Nicholas Minichiello, 39, of Londonderry, was charged with driving after revocation/suspension for DWI.
- Naomi Brown, 37, of Lynn, Massachusetts, was charged with driving after revocation/suspension.
- Daniel Kilpatrick, 52, of North Reading, Massachusetts, was charged with driving after revocation/suspension.
- Jaida Nunn, 21, of Manchester, was arrested on a warrant.
- Taylor Giannelli, 43, of Derry, was charged with DWI (subsequent offense) and conduct after an accident.
- A 21-year-old from Methuen, Massachusetts, was taken into protective custody.
"The New Hampshire State Police continues to take an aggressive stance to prevent persons from driving
while impaired," New Hampshire State Police Lieutenant Bryan Trask said in a statement. "New Hampshire has some of the most aggressive laws in the country to fight impaired driving and the law enforcement community will use those tools to their fullest extent to make sure our citizens and visitors are safe when operating their vehicles on our roadways."
