Londonderry Police Receive Report of Cows Wandering on Roadway

The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

SEPTEMBER 9, 2013

11:01 a.m. 
Caller on Page Road reporting that yesterday when she was out walking her dog, she found a pizza box on the side of the roadway with a female's name on it (Kristen) along with "help me" and "I'm gonna kill you." Caller's husband was with her.

Police made contact with the box, located Kristen. There is no issue. She is fine.

5:12 p.m. Multiple callers on Holstein Avenue reporting about a dozen cows wandering around the road. Believe they belong on Griffin Avenue. 

Officers were able to herd the cows back home.

7:36 p.m. David P. Guion, 55, of 51 Rowell Hill Road in New London, N.H. is arrested on Rowell Hill Road and charged with conduct after an accident, following too closely and failure to dim lights. Guion was released on PR bail. His court date was set for Sept. 30, 2013 at Derry District Court.
