Londonderry Arrests from September 2013

SEPTEMBER 14, 2013

3:00 p.m. Several 911 callers reporting man with gun at property on Mammoth Road. Unknown if gun was displayed or in holster. Additional callers reporting similar incident. One caller reporting he is the victim. States after verbal altercation with another male subject, subject pulled a handgun and pointed it at him. Subject now sitting in vehicle in lot. No injuries.

7:24 p.m. Geraldine Evensen, 56, of 1 Charleston Ave. Apt. 22 in Londonderry, N.H. is arrested on a warrant for Derry PD. Released to DPD.

SEPTEMBER 15, 2013

12:47 a.m. Joshua E. Bell, 19, of 8 Premier Drive in Londonderry, N.H. is arrested on Sadies Way and charged with unlawful possession and intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail. Arraignment set for Sept. 30, 2013 at Derry District Court.

6:00 a.m. Matthew Paul Johnson, 29, of 183 Kendall Road in Tyngsboro, Mass. is arrested on Victoria Drive and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism), possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and possession of drugs (in a motor vehicle). Held on $5,000 cash bail. Held for arraignment and transported to Brentwood jail.
