Investigators, according to Amber Lagace, a public information officer for state police, said Martin was pulling out of the construction site when he attempted to merge with traffic when the collision between the vehicles occurred.

“I-93 south was shut down to one lane for approximately one hour as crews worked to process and clear the scene,” she said. “All aspects of this crash remain under investigation.”
