Man Allegedly Sexually Assaulted Young Girls in His Home
Court documents say that Timothy G. Longua, 41, committed the crimes between the summer of 2012 and January 2013.

A Londonderry man and former youth football coach accused of child sexual assault allegedly committed the acts on two girls in his living room and basement, according to police testimony.
Timothy G. Longua, 41, of 7 Lane Way was arrested on a warrant Friday and charged with two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault (fondling) and one count of felonious sexual assault (forcible fondling).
Bail was set at $10,000, which Longua posted prior to his scheduled arraignment this morning at Derry District Court. Because he posted bail, his arraignment was postponed until March 25 at 8:15 a.m.

According to testimony in court documents from Londonderry Police Detective Donald A. LaDuke, the acts were allegedly committed by Longua between the summer of 2012 and January 2013. The vicims told police that on more than one occasion, while on sleepovers, the assaults took place in the middle of the night.
On Feb. 5, the New Hampshire Department for Children Youth and Families contacted Londonderry Police regarding a 12-year-old female middle school student who had come forward against Longua.

A Feb. 12 interview with the victim conducted by Forensic Investigator Meghan Lennon of the Child Advocacy Center of Rockingham County indicated that the first victim was 11 years old at the time of Longua's first alleged contact with her, which took place during the summer.
The girl described Longua as "really drunk" and having a "cold hand."
A second alleged incident took place a few weeks prior to New Year's Day, when the first victim was 12 years old.
During the course of the investigation, the first victim identified another girl who had allegedly been touched by Longua toward the end of the summer of 2012.
That girl was subsequently identified and interviewed during the police investigation.
LaDuke also indicated in his testimony that he spoke to Langua's wife during a visit to the family residence.
She told LaDuke that her husband drinks Bud Light and that his drinking "is his weakness." She also said that she had once confronted her husband about one of the incidents, which he denied.
Two other girls were also interviewed during the investigation, but no disclosures of sexual misconduct were made.
On Feb. 20, Langua came to the Londonderry Police Station for an interview. He was reportedly cordial and cooperative at the beginning of the interview and later, when speaking about the subject matter regarding the assaults, became non-talkative
"Timothy told me that he didn't want to admit to something...he couldn't remember," said LaDuke in the court documents. "He confirmed that he consumes beer and not liquor or drugs."
Langua was a football coach for the Londonderry Wildcats from July to November 2012. The team consisted of second- and third-grade boys.
Londonderry police have indicated that additional charges may be forthcoming.
