Man Arrested for Obstructing Government Administration

The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

SEPTEMBER 29, 2013

3:49 p.m. Jacob L. Dane, 26, of 1 Aladdin Circle Apt. 27 in Derry, N.H. is arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Gilcreast Road and charged with obstructing government administration. He is also arrested on two warrants. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail. Court date set for Oct. 21, 2013 in Derry District Court.

3:49 p.m. Jessica Hannan-Vitale, 23, of 1 Aladdin Circle Apt. 27 in Derry, N.H. is issued a hand summons following a motor vehicle stop on Gilcreast Road and charged with drivers license prohibitions, driving after revocation or suspension and failure to obey inspection requirements. She was issued a court date of Oct. 21, 2013 in Derry District Court.

6:31 p.m. Londonderry Police assisting Londonderry Fire on Ash Street call. Responding to female who said she was trying to light her wood stove with gasoline and it blew up in her face.

6:34 p.m. Burglary is reported on Rockingham Road. Caller reporting that "good" jewelry has been taken, all costume jewelry still there, as well as some cash. No forcible entry. There is a dog in the house. Unknown who did this.

10:57 p.m. Burglary is reported at Verizon Wireless on Nashua Road. Units on scene found two doors open, signs of forced entry.
