Man Charged with Controlling Premises Where Drugs are Kept
The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
OCTOBER 1, 2013
9:37 a.m. Criminal threatening is reported on Tokanel Drive.
2:37 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported on Mammoth Road and Nashua Road.
OCTOBER 2, 2013
10:43 a.m. Nicholas J. Naso, 26, of High Range Road in Londonderry, N.H. is issued a must appear summons for criminal trespass and simple assault.
Caller at U.S. Army Reserve Center on Harvey Road reports that they caught someone trying to break into the facility and had him detained on the ground.
Subject transported to Elliot Hospital by ambulance. Naso's mother called, brought into the station to determine why he would have been at the center.
5:10 p.m. Mark J. Castiglione, 54, of 15 Ridgemont Drive in Londonderry, N.H. is charged with penalties; control or premises where controlled drug is kept.
Bail set at $10,000 cash. Arraignment set for Oct. 28, 2013 at Derry District Court.
