Man From Londonderry Faces Felony Charges, Accused Of Drunken Driving, After Fatal Crash On Hall Road
Ryan Dooley was charged with negligent homicide and reckless conduct after a crash between a pickup truck and a Honda Civic Thursday night.

LONDONDERRY, NH — A man from Londonderry was arrested on Thursday night, accused of drunken driving after a crash which left one person dead on Hall Road.
Around 6:30 p.m., Londonderry police and fire and rescue teams were sent to Hall Road, not far from Litchfield Road, for a report of a crash with people trapped in a vehicle. When they arrived, they found a 2022 Honda Civic and a 2009 Ford F-150 involved in the collision, Lt. Garrett Malloy of the Londonderry Police Department said.
“The driver and passenger of the Honda were both entrapped in the vehicle,” he said. “Officers immediately provided medical aid and applied a tourniquet to the driver’s leg. The Londonderry Fire Department arrived shortly after and worked to extricate both occupants from the Honda.”

The driver was taken to Elliot Hospital in Manchester with serious injuries, while the passenger was airlifted to Mass. General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, and later died. The driver of the truck, Ryan Dooley, 23, of Londonderry, was “out of his vehicle and appeared uninjured,” Malloy said. He was evaluated by EMS personnel but refused further treatment.

“While speaking with him,” he added, “officers observed signs of intoxication.”
After an on-scene investigation, Dooley was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and two reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies, as well as driving while intoxicated and a reckless operation violation. Later, after learning the passenger died, two other felony charges, negligent homicide-DUI and negligent homicide, were added to his charges. Dooley was held on preventative detention and was scheduled for arraignment in Derry District Court on Friday.
Malloy said the driver of the Honda was in critical but stable condition. The crash was still under investigation, he added, saying, “preliminary findings indicate that both speed and alcohol appear to be contributing factors in the collision.”
