Man Reportedly Threatens to Shoot Tow Truck Driver
No one was injured and no arrests have been made.

Derry Police are investigating a criminal threatening incident where a man threatened to shoot a tow truck driver attempting to repossess his car on Friday morning.
At 5:28 a.m. on Friday, Derry Police received a report of a criminal threat at 11L Matthew Drive. The reporting person was a driver for Recovery Solutions towing company who was at that address attempting to repossess a vehicle.
Responding officers met with the driver, who sid he had backed up to a vehicle at 11L Matthew Drive after confirming that it was the one for which he had repossession paperwork. He was preparing to hook up to tow it when a man came out of the residence. The man was allegedly holding a handgun and told the driver he would shoot him in the head if he did not get off of the property.
The tow truck driver said a woman then appeared in the doorway with a baseball bat and the man then told the driver he was going to beat his head in with a bat. At some point during the incident, the driver said the man stood in front of his tow truck to block him in while a woman drove off with the truck he was there to repossess.
Officers initiated a criminal threat investigation and attempted to speak with the residents of 11L Matthew Drive. As part of the investigation, a search warrant was obtained by Derry Police authorizing a search of that residence and vehicle that was the subject of the repossession attempt. The search warrants were executed on both by Derry police detectives.
No one was injured in this incident and no arrests have been made at this time. The incident remains under investigation.
