Man Stabbed In Altercation At Bowling Alley After Argument

MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police, fire, and AMR ambulance responded to Yankee Lanes Entertainment at 216 Maple St. for a report of a stabbing on Sunday.

A man was located laying on the floor bleeding and it was determined the victim had been stabbed. AMR medics and Manchester fire rushed the man to the Elliot Hospital with serious injuries.

Police learned the victim and another man had gotten into an argument inside the business. The argument escalated into a physical fight, which bystanders were able to break up. The two then went outside where they started to fight again and during the course of the altercation, the victim was stabbed.

The suspect was identified as Gregory Fox, 42, of Manchester. Fox had left prior to officers arriving, but was quickly located and arrested later. He faces a first-degree assault charge and is scheduled for arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court North on Tuesday.

The current medical condition of the victim is unknown at post time.
