NH Man Accused Of Felonious Sexual Assault Of A Child Under 13

MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester Police have issued a warrant for Luis Busi Valcarcel, 19, of Manchester for sexual assault of a juvenile under the age of 13.

Police were notified on Oct. 9, that there was a report of an alleged sexual assault on a juvenile under the age of 13.

Detectives working on the case were able to determine that Valcarcel was the person allegedly involved in the assault.

A warrant has been issued for aggravated felonious sexual assault and violation of bail conditions.
