SEPTEMBER 21, 2013 9:44 a.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported on Hampton Drive. 10:46 a.m. Caller on Sherwood Road reports someone threw an apple at his mailbox and broke it. 5:22 p.m. Motor vehicle accident involving two cars is reported on Old Derry Road. 5:59 p.m. Robert Joseph Burley, 27, of 136 Platts Ave. in Manchester, N.H. is charged with a bench warrant out of Keene District Court for non-payment of town ordinance violation. Bail was $275 to settle, which Burley was unable to post. He was transported to Rockingham County Jail to await arraignment on Sept. 23.
